Forever. Lifetime means lifetime. There's no expiration date.

What if I forget to finish before my citizenship appointment?

Your access never expires. Study at your own pace, whether that's 2 weeks or 2 years.

The Pass Guarantee

What is the pass guarantee?

If you achieve 90% mastery in StudyMex and still fail the Mexican citizenship cultural exam twice, we'll refund your entire purchase (minus payment processing fees of approximately 3-4%).

What counts as "90% mastery"?

Your dashboard tracks your mastery percentage automatically. You must correctly answer 90% of all questions in the system at least 3 times each with an 80% success rate.

What proof do I need to claim the guarantee?

Scans of both official rejection letters from the Mexican government, in the same name as your StudyMex account registration.

How do I submit proof of failure?

Log into your account, go to "Account Settings" → "Refund Request", and upload scans of both rejection letters. Our team will review within 5-7 business days.

Is there a time limit on the guarantee?

No. Whether you take the exam 1 month or 1 year after studying, the guarantee applies as long as you achieved 90% mastery.

Why can you offer this guarantee?

Because the system works. Students who complete the program to 90% mastery pass the exam. We only succeed when you succeed.

Content & Study Materials

What topics does StudyMex cover?

All government-required topics: Mexican history (ancient to modern), complete geography (states, capitals, UNESCO sites, archaeological zones, Pueblos Mágicos), culture, and civics.

Is the content in English or Spanish?

Questions and answers are in Spanish, as they will be on the actual exam. The platform interface is in English, and we provide study material summaries in English to aid comprehension.

Do I still need to read the government-recommended books?

We strongly encourage reading the source materials (Nueva Historia Mínima de México, Atlas de México) for deeper understanding. StudyMex quizzes and summaries are study aids, not complete replacements.

How many questions are in the system?

Hundreds of questions covering all exam topics, plus interactive geography exercises. The exact number grows as we continuously add content.

Is the content updated?

Yes. We update questions and add new content regularly. All updates are included in your lifetime access at no additional cost.

How StudyMex Works

What is adaptive learning?

The system analyzes your performance and automatically adjusts which questions you see. You spend more time on weak areas and less on what you've mastered, maximizing study efficiency.

What is spaced repetition?

Questions reappear at scientifically-optimized intervals to move information from short-term to long-term memory. This proven technique improves retention dramatically.

How do I know when I'm ready for the real exam?

Your dashboard shows your mastery percentage. When you reach 90% mastery, you're ready. The system tracks your performance objectively.

Can I study specific topics if I'm weak in certain areas?

The adaptive system automatically focuses on your weak areas. You can also access specific sections (History, Geography, etc.) directly from the menu.

How long does it take to complete StudyMex?

It varies by individual. Some reach 90% mastery in 2-4 weeks of regular study (1-2 hours daily), others take longer. Study at your own pace—there's no time limit.

Technical & Support

What devices and browsers work with StudyMex?

StudyMex works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone. Internet connection required.

Can I study offline?

No, an internet connection is required. However, data usage is minimal—you can study on mobile data without issue.

Does StudyMex have an app?

Not yet. StudyMex is a mobile-friendly website that works perfectly on all devices without needing to download an app.

What if I have technical problems?

Contact our support team. We typically respond within 24 hours.

About the Mexican Citizenship Exam

Is StudyMex affiliated with the Mexican government?

No. We are an independent study platform. All content is developed from official government-recommended study materials, but we have no official affiliation or endorsement.

Will StudyMex help with the Spanish language test?

StudyMex focuses on the cultural knowledge exam. While studying Spanish-language questions improves comprehension, this is not a Spanish language course. You'll need separate language preparation.

Does the guarantee cover the language test or other requirements?

No. The guarantee applies only to the cultural knowledge portion of the citizenship exam, not language tests, background checks, or other requirements.

When should I start studying?

Most students need 2-8 weeks of regular study to reach 90% mastery. Start early enough to avoid rushing, but there's no penalty for taking longer—you have lifetime access.
